Instead of working on developing an edit button, Twitter is working on developing and testing reactions in Tweets, which would expand the hearts you already have on there to a range of other options. Similar to how Facebook has theirs set up for each post.

Businesses are making $6.50 for every $1 spent on influencer marketing, according to a poll of marketing professionals . The poll also found that marketers rate influencer marketing as their fastest-growing online customer-acquisition channel, outpacing organic search and email marketing.
Blogs and Facebook are by far the most effective outlets for influencer marketing, dwarfing YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter. 37% said blogs were their most effective platform, and 25% said Facebook. If you don’t focus much on either, these results suggest you should give them both a try.
